01
Show the Evidence
You get the moisture meter readings, the thermal images, and the lab results from your air quality test. If we say there is mold behind your tile, we show you the boroscope photo. If the numbers say the wall is dry, we tell you that too and save you the money. No scare tactics, no selling remediation you do not need.
02
Fix the Water First
Mold needs moisture, so we hunt the source before we remove anything. That might be a foundation leak in a 1920s rowhouse, attic condensation from a blocked soffit vent, or a slow supply line dripping under a kitchen sink. We repair the leak, install a vapor barrier or sump pump where it belongs, then remediate. Skip that step and the mold returns in a season.
03
Contain Every Job
Our certified mold removal specialists Philadelphia crews seal the work area with 6-mil poly and run a negative air machine with HEPA filters so spores do not travel to your bedrooms. Technicians wear N95 respirators and personal protective equipment, bag debris inside the containment, and wipe hard surfaces with Benefect or Concrobium before applying an antimicrobial coating.
04
Leave It Dry and Verified
When we finish, we run a dehumidifier and air scrubber until moisture content drops below 15 percent, then schedule a clearance test. As local mold removal experts serving Philadelphia County, we hand over the post-remediation verification report and a written prevention plan covering gutters, grading, and humidity control. If the clearance test fails, we re-clean at no charge.
